Your Childs First Visit

 

Pediatric dentistry focuses on the unique dental needs of young people. After completing dental school, two to three additional years of training is required to become a pediatric dentist. This specialized program of study and hands-on experience prepares pediatric dentists to meet the unique needs of your infants, children and adolescents, including persons with special health care needs.

Establishing us as your child’s, “Dental Home” provides us the opportunity to implement preventive dental health habits that keep a child free from dental/oral disease. We focus on prevention, early detection and treatment of dental diseases, and keep current on the latest advances in dentistry for children.

 

Pleasant visits to the dental office establish trust and confidence in your child that will last a lifetime. Our goal, along with our staff, is to help all children feel good about visiting the dentist. From our special office designs, to our communication style, our main concern is the comfort and health of your child

Some of the things designed to help your child have a positive and enjoyable experience while at our office include:

• Small toys and books to read and play with
• Two different video game consoles to play, one in the reception room and the other back in the hygiene area
• In ceiling TVs with private headphones for children to watch as they are cared for
• Find fairies and little animals throughout the office with magical artwork.
• A fun and exciting reception/play area

Come enjoy a unique environment built just for children. We have created an office that helps children will feel comfortable and relaxed as they receive care for their dental needs. They will love our large tree and cottage in the reception room and enjoy reading books or playing games while they are here.
